Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation without refund and forfeiture of all monies paid.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cancel your participation, any payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person (with written notice and approval) no later than a specified cutoff date to be announced.
3. Trip Changes

MLS Travel Co reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, timing, or transportation if necessary due to availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

In the event the trip must be canceled by MLS Travel Co, all payments made will be refunded (excluding any non-recoverable third-party fees, if applicable).
4. Transportation & Timeliness

You are responsible for arriving on time to the departure location.

The group will not wait for late arrivals, and missed departures are non-refundable.

MLS Travel Co is not responsible for items left on the bus or at any venue.
5. Parking

Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the designated departure location.

If you choose to leave your vehicle at or near the pickup location during the trip, you do so at your own risk.

MLS Travel Co is not responsible for any parking fees, parking violations, towing, theft, vandalism, damage to vehicles, or any other incidents that may occur while your vehicle is parked.

To avoid any parking concerns, we encourage guests to carpool with other travelers or arrange for a ride to and from the departure location whenever possible.
6. Behavior & Conduct

This is a group experience. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund.

You are responsible for your own alcohol consumption and behavior at all times.
7. Liability

MLS Travel Co acts solely as a trip coordinator and is not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party suppliers.

By booking, you agree to release and hold harmless MLS Travel Co from any liability arising from participation in this trip.

Transportation Disclaimer: MLS Travel Co is not responsible for any accidents, mechanical issues, delays, or incidents involving the transportation provider.

Property Damage: MLS Travel Co is not responsible for any damage to personal property or any damage caused by participants to the bus, venues, or any third-party property. Any costs resulting from damage caused by a participant will be the sole responsibility of that participant.

You understand that participation in this trip involves inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all such risks.
8. Travel Insurance

9. Photos & Marketing

By attending, you grant MLS Travel Co permission to use any photos or videos taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes.
